I don't really know what to post about. Just sad and hurt and stressed rn. Hopefully it doesn't last long. I missed streaming on Thursday because of it. Idk if I still wanna go that route even. Gotta re-figure out what I have the time and energy for.
I've been trying to work out more to get in better shape and today I hit a 3 minute plank. Need to start doing squats soon, a leg injury kept me from that for a while. Goal is to just get to where I feel attractive and happy with my body and lose another 40ish lbs (lost 125 so far)

AI therapists are often dangerous, and while the challenging aspect is good, the moment they oops and start affirming everything, things will get scary. I do not think AI should ever be used for mental health, and I will always recommend a licensed therapist, crisis line, or trusted friend.

Went to the beach today and sat cliffside to dry my hair because my friend doesn't own a hair dryer. An infinitely more surreal experience and wish I could dry my hair in the wind at the beach daily.
Sorry, I'm happy for the compliment, but that is my genuine opinion of pundits. I didn't mean to deflect or downplay anything. Their job isn't to understand things the best, but to explain things in simpler terms that get people's attention.
I have 0 credentials, I'm just passionate about stuff like this and care about the world and want others to be informed as well. While limited rn, things can still be done about economics around AI and other stuff wrong in the world and I just wanna yap about and get people interested in change.

I lowkey actually think the news people know as little as I do and its also just their best guess with limited info and mild interest. Experts usually aren't as good at explaining things simply, and so the pundits on TV listen to the experts and try to summarize it like I did.
Maybe as I learn I'll do videos. I'd rather yap about physical science news, or psychology, or political stuff though, but I guess I could do both.

that over invested into AI. Companies like Google and Amazon that are independently successful from the AI industry but still heavily fed into the problem. I hope politicians have the spine to do this, as the other options are terrifying to think about. I wish things didn't get so bad so fast.
