Realizing elves probably think that children being upset is a great travesty and meanwhile Hal’s like “my toddler cried because I wouldn’t let her sleep in the sty with the pigs. My teenager says she hates me at least twice a month.”

I need to find an alternative name for polo somehow.

YAWA!Halbarad literally exists to be the normal dude foil to Aragorn’s tormented angst prince routine.

He has a toddler, a 7yo, an 11yo, and a 14yo. Each of those are their own separate parenting challenge.

I need to find a way to have Hal make a “hi hungry, I’m dad” joke.

I can’t say this on main but what if I’m just bad at writing and everything I’ve written is bad.

It’s also fantasy and not the end of the world, but it bugs me slightly.

I did this in YAWA too but in my defense breakfast is attested in Middle-earth.

I love writing YAWA!Aragorn as someone barely able to function in society.

I actually like Arwen a lot, but Eirian doesn’t.
