And very happy to say we’re performing in Birmingham in May as part of The Seventh Wave Festival of Electronic Music.

We went to the woods and asked a birch tree to join the band. We took tiny recordings of the sap flow, tapped it, thanked it, and drank the sap. Magic!

There is a five tier dehydrator on a kitchen work surface filled with chopped up lions mane mushroom. Next to this is a large glass jar with a clip lid, it is a third full of already dried mushroom. The kitchen is painted in Johnstone's 'spring green' and I am happy with this choice.
As a follow up to my post about the humongous lions mane mushroom. It is now entirely dehydrated, and I am about to perform a dual extraction to release compounds that will give my brain superpowers. The next record is gonna be synapsy 🍄
I've been spending time inside a sequencer that makes sounds fly around, and attempting to make order of the chaos. I've added a recording of some stuff rolling across a table. I'm not too enamoured with the piano, but it works! The machines are doing my bidding!
