I think both Stephen Miller and Donald Trump are sociopaths, unable to feel empathy for other people's pain.

But I don't think Trump, a man who slugged a 13-year-old girl in the head and wanted the military to shoot protesters, is indifferent to the infliction of pain.

It’s tough competition but I do think Miller is more evil than Trump. Trumpnis ideologically agnostic: He will be just as happy making money with people not suffering as suffering. For Miller, the suffering is the endgame.
