Good point, and it highlights my lack of ingested Kool-aid. Teaching corn plants to push roots down by six inches would capture our entire excess and the budget for researching putting out coal fires has seven or less digits. I shall others pursue these fights.

Actually, messages being encrypted provide help only to after-the-fact investigators. Those trying to control demographics, find cohesive groups of people, sell goods, and other tasks are only interested the who and when of a conversation.

Sorry, perhaps I was unclear. Windfarms on land and near shore windfarms both has great returns on investment and follow good technological curves until the number of good sites is the limiting factor. Off shore windfarms are kilometers out to sea.
