Disability accommodations are the least of my concerns. Those students have a support system that helped to ID the issues that lead to the need in the first place. I worry about the students with obvious issues who don’t have the same support, who I, as an English instructor, am not trained to help.

The ACA’s enhanced premium tax credits are at the center of the ongoing government shutdown. The tax credits have led to a more than doubling of Marketplace enrollment, but they'll expire at end of this year if Congress doesn’t act to extend them.

My school uses Starfish reporting, so I have used that to let admin, advisors, coaches, etc. know. I wouldn't worry about exactly which student it is. Could you notify relevant parties and get their help?
