That's not what it says in the article, Layers refers to the different digital worlds that are stacked on top of each other. It's saying it's one of those Layers/Dimensions, it's just that it's considered the digital world of another dimension.

It's kinda weird that it wouldn't, but I get what you mean. It's just that we have so many digimon who come from there now, and more eventually ala the earth water and fire knight groups (hope we see them one day) and so many others. Just doesn't feel right that its not official
In an earlier interview with Habu he stated there are three digital worlds but with this announcement I count four: standard, Iliad, Witchelny, and Shambala. Do you think Witchelny doesn't count or is something else going on?
