β¬750m βInspireβ investment aims to transform Irelandβs research infrastructure
Today saw the lunch of a new β¬750m investment fund to ensure Ireland's higher education sector has the equipment and infrastructure required to compete globally.
The programme is designed to invest in research equipment from routine equipment that is used in higher education institutions to more advanced equipment that can be shared across several institutions as well as being accessible to external users.
