Hank Azaria: today I come before you, America, with proof of who the Zodiac truly was,

Reporter: do it as Wiggum

Hank Azaria, sadly: ok ok, *Wiggum voice* so it was-

Reporter: no do the whole thing as Wiggum, no wait as Moe! Do it as Moe

Hank Azaria: so I was wiping down the bar the other day-

The frustrating thing about this is criticizing Israel without being a word antisemetic freak is extremely easy! They’re a fascist colonial project, the Judaism and the faux historical justification is a distractions, doesn’t matter

I have a group of friends at the FLGS that we all rotate GMing. I thought I was gonna do a 1 shot and it turned out they wanted to keep playing.

Valve’s Steam Machine may not launch this year β€œWe hope to ship in 2026.”

Valve now says "we hope" to ship the Steam Machine, Steam Frame, and Steam Controller in 2026 -- a downgrade from its earlier promises -- due to memory shortages.

Sorry, ramble. Initiative is based entirely on what weapons are being used, no rolling. I really like it. Fast and smooth.

Excuse my terrible handwriting. But these are generated using only the stuff in the book. And I'm choosing to use hexes to correspond with size.

I'm stealing some loose downtime structure at the table from Wildsea, so the players can hang out with NPCs, and each other, and flavor their home base a bit.

There's also a detective on the case generator that I'm excited to start messing with their plans.

But my favorite thing is probably the city district generation. Luke is always really good at evocative without being overly descriptive, and the generator really implies all sorts of setting building flavor. I really like it a lot.

XP comes from coin earned after fencing goods, with a chance to spend that coin and carouse for more XP. So the party is always incentivized to push their luck when robbing a place.

It's a solid combo of OSR rules light stuff and a BitD sprawling weird Victorian city crime game. It implies long downtime between heists. And, since the players are all thieves and crooks, you don't roll hide and sneak. So it emphasizes sneaky backstabby behavior.

Think I should build a list of potential Swyvers inspiration movies. Gonna rewatch People Under the Stairs.

Sometimes people ask me why I always dunk on MCU movies and at this point I can just direct people to the Epic Bacon videos the White House are putting out about American Might that include clips from Marvel movies. That’s why I always dissed em, they fit beautifully into propaganda

What I thought would be my last car repair was news that I gotta get my brakes done too. Another 450 dollars gonna disappear.

the only reason capitalist governments have for disrupting socialist/communist nations is to make people think capitalism is the only option. when people witness functional socialist societies, capitalism’s inexcusable exploitation of the proletariat is laid bare. capitalism is fueled by suffering.
