ran some rounds of rivals with a buddy, fun stuff. but dear god pleasee optimize the game. 1440p high/medium mix w fsr performance gives like 120fps on my 7800xt, but ow2 gives me like 180fps with ultra preset. it's honestly perfectly playable as-is but I feel for the people with lower end cards

I'm currently in that "working pc pls" phase of linux (using a fedora atomic flavor rn w kde) but eventually I will have those "I need to pretend I have 4gb of ddr3" thoughts and revisit arch or nix w some minimalist wayland compositor or something

I love self-hosting dude. Freedom and stuff aside, I really just enjoy messing around with stuff and seeing how crazy I can get. Proxmox with LXC containers with Docker setups and Portainer/Dockge to monitor stuff? Love that shit, because it's mine and I can do whatever.
