That's very "planned city but private enterprise" and I love it. It kind of reminds me of Boston's plan about converting office buildings downtown into housing
As in "we have a lot slated for a mid rise mixed use building, who wants to build it"?
If you are at all in a fire danger area, and you have an emergency kit and are able, I strongly suggest putting N95s in that kit.
And keeping a few in your cars.
