Winter is slowly letting go, and the garden is finally starting to wake up. In todayβs vlog, we take a look at our raised beds after the snow melt and check how some veggies are doing. And then it is time to celebrate Peter's birthday, yay π

Winter days at our country house are usually quite cozy. There is snow, frost, tea, and the simple routines of countryside life. But now it's getting difficult, as the deep cold is starting to cause real problems for our old house.

We got unexpectedly more snow so we spent the weekend enjoying the winter wonderland again βοΈ
It was freezing outside and our whole country home turned into a frozen kingdom overnight. In the first part of the video, we take you into the garden. Then we move inside and spend the rest of the day baking. Just another winter day at our country home.

After 3 weeks away, we returned to our winter cottage in the countryside. It seemed like a slow day while checking the garden, but then it was time to enjoy the snow and go sledding π We ended the evening by the fire, getting cozy and enjoying the lovely atmosphere.
