Didn't really try to make it exactly the same I but get some of the vibe

And in the future there's probably a lot of requirements for the architecture of the house and technical stuff like what type of heating there is etc

Also the overall image and identity of the neighbourhood is something to consider

Now it's just location (convenience), price and that the layout is not disgusting. Possibilities are very limited so I can't be too picky

I imagine location is always important but the parameters will change from convenience to beauty and peace for example

I don't really consider myself to be an artist, drawing is more like just one tool I use in a creative process and not the end product itself
