If the only "access" you have to create art is a computer program which steals art from artists who honed their skills over the course of their lifetime while poisoning communities and hoarding valuable resources, you have missed the point of creating art entirely.
If you don't want to ever make "bad" art, never attempt art. Everyone makes "bad" art until they make "good" art because they've made so much "bad" art and learned from it.
Artists are EVERYWHERE begging to teach people how to make art for free, in places where genai isn't accessible.
You can find art supplies at the dollar store.
At the second hand stores.
Literally in the trash.
You can make art from fallen leaves and twigs on the ground.
You can make it with vision impairment, limited mobility, and limited cognitive skills.
Art is only limited by YOUR creativity.
