I love a good espresso, but the trajectory of green tea is so much more effective when it comes to providing energy and freshness. Maybe go a couple of weeks w/o coffee, then try green tea again?
Did you try green tea? Caro and I switched from 4-5 espressos a day to two cups of matcha a good year ago and never looked bad. Now an espresso really knocks me out.

While reopening the new space today was a plan, there were delays. I decided to keep my trusted room for another month, until the end of April. I have a few slots for mastering projects available now until I have to close for a week … /3
Last December, it became clear that we had to leave our beloved flat after living there for 12 years. We finally signed a contract for a new apartment in February. We moved some days ago after a month of renovation and overseeing the construction of a new studio, a room-within-a-room construction /2
