My bil lives in CA, he's a pastor outside of Sacramento. He told us on his missions to Cuba the paperwork was deep to fly out of the US to Cuba. That was my concern. The US, along with fuel shortages, does not make it an easy solution. Mexico sure, but I question the US part.
