The answer is s.75(1) Mission and Pastoral Measure 2011 which, despite the jargon-tastic title includes this provision.

The Menorah has returned to Trafalgar Square for Chanukah.
Jewish Londoners and people of all backgrounds came together to reflect and celebrate Chanukah’s timeless message of hope, resilience and the triumph of light over darkness.
Maybe it makes me a geek but it’s really a joy to read and disappear into the topics discussed.

As Jewish families across London came together for the third night of Chanukah, the Menorah was lit on Trafalgar Square - a symbol of hope and resilience in the heart of our city.
Faced with darkness, I urge all Londoners to stand with our Jewish brothers and sisters.
The attack at a Hanukkah celebration in Sydney today was a vile act of antisemitic terror. I mourn those who were murdered and will be keeping their families, the Jewish community, and the Chabad movement in my prayers. May the memories of all those killed be a blessing. While we are still waiting for all the facts to emerge, what we already know is devastating. At least 11 dead, including Rabbi Eli Schlanger, who held deep ties to Crown Heights. At least 29 injured. Another Jewish community plunged into mourning and loss, a holiday of light so painfully reduced to a day of darkness. This attack is merely the latest, most horrifying iteration in a growing pattern of violence targeted at Jewish people across the world. Too many no longer feel safe to be themselves, to express their faith publicly, to worship in their synagogues without armed security stationed outside. What happened at Bondi is what many Jewish people fear will happen in their communities too. On Bondi Beach today, as men with long guns targeted innocents, another man ran towards the gunfire and disarmed a shooter. Tonight, as Jewish New Yorkers light menorahs and usher in a first night of Hanukkah clouded by grief, let us look to his example and confront hatred with the urgency and action it demands. When I am Mayor, I will work every day to keep Jewish New Yorkers safe—on our streets, our subways, at shul, in every moment of every day. Let this be a purpose shared by every New Yorker, and let us banish this horrific violence to the past.

White men, imagine you go for a job. The interview panel is three black women. The board of directors is all black women and has been, without exception, forever. You notice that all supervisors are black women and the only white man you see is cleaning. The company insists they appoint on merit /1
Just want others in the trans community to know that stuff like this is only possible because of the extreme hard work of really good allies most of whom you will never see or hear from. But they are willing to fight for us at immense personal cost, when others back down. This is my cheers to them.

Today on #WorldAIDSDay, we stand in solidarity. The 2025 UNAIDS theme “Overcoming disruption, transforming the AIDS response” reminds us that progress is possible, but only if governments act.
It remains my recommendation for anyone with even a passing interest in the law or the criminal justice system to spend a couple of days sat in your local magistrates court and watch what goes on. I would be surprised if it didn't affect your views.
Not so much “able to question transgender women” as “able to question people about their biological sex” ie “able to question anyone they consider does not fit the stereotype of the sex of the service they are heading towards..”. Do not fit the gatekeepers’ stereotypes? - prepare to be questioned.
