Hi :) This is my 1st #RevPit, but I can tell you from my RoundTableMentor years that my priority order is query —> first chapter —> synopsis. You’re right that it’s impossible to read 100+, so some decisions do happen quite quickly. As w querying, the query and first pages are vital. #MeetTheEditor

Like many other #revpit editors, I've had a foot in both in-house and freelance worlds, and I bring those experiences with me while working with my author-clients now. I know what I would be looking for when receiving a query, and that informs suggestions made during events like #10Queries.

I'm so excited for RevPit this year! My writer's group has me hyped!!! I hope the editors are ready because this is going to be a strong group!
