You should be able to see the promo made for my Digital Collegium 2025 Colorado Regional Conference keynote on June 11th even if you don't have LinkedIn. My social anxiety is highly triggered when I have to do video and not just a voice over so not gonna even tell you how many takes I did.
Apparently I don’t need to point out how woefully bad at accessibility (or just code in general) Figma is because it’ll do it for me.
This is Figma Sites’ accessibility fixes note (linking to quote language on my site for commentary):

When I’m overwhelmed, overthinking, or frustrated, I ask myself:
“Will I care about this on my deathbed?”
— Dr. Luyi Kathy Zhang
Thank you to all the caregivers out there—the quiet heroes who show up with love, patience, and strength every single day. The world is better because of you.
Congrats!
Congratulations!

I’m in the news!
Life doesn't always go as planned, but l've learned to accept, love, and adapt. It's not about resisting what is-it's about moving with it, finding the beauty in the shift, and trusting that even in the hardest moments, there can be soft landings.
#EmbracingChange #SoftLandings
To every woman finding her way, adapting, growing, and showing up as she is—I see you. Life isn’t always easy, but we keep moving, loving, and embracing the journey. Strength isn’t just in the struggle; it’s in the softness, the grace, and the way we land.
#InternationalWomensDay #SoftLandings
We shield ourselves from discomfort, mistaking it for safety—yet in doing so, we forfeit growth. Growth demands courage, not comfort.
There’s no cutoff age for the things you want to do in life. You may need to take it easier, but you can still do it. Stop telling yourself you can’t because of the limitations others place on themselves. Enjoy YOUR life!
I don’t know who needs to hear this, but today is the first day of your life. Close all the the tabs-mentally, emotional and literally. Take a breath, get outside if you can and start fresh.
A lot of problems could be avoided if people weren’t so afraid of looking silly. Asking questions doesn’t make you less important—it makes you wiser. Give yourself the grace to learn.

I miss old Twitter and the diversity it brought to my feed. Feels different now. How does this place work these days? #TryingToFigureItOut
Quote by me. Accessibility isn’t just a separate department; it’s a core issue that influences every facet of an organization.
Accessibility isn’t just a separate department; it’s a core issue that influences every facet of an organization. Everyone must embrace their role and take ownership of making accessibility a priority.

No, the US Gov hasn’t canceled accessibility. Recent exec orders ended federal DEIA programs, but ADA & disability laws still stand. State & intl laws also require compliance. Enforcement may shift, but accessibility remains a legal & ethical must. www.a11yquest.com/blog/2025-01...

Discernment helps us know when pain shapes us vs. when to walk away.
More people than ever talk about mental health, yet many misapply labels from social media instead of seeking growth.
Discomfort, pain, and harm aren’t the same. Just because something hurts doesn’t mean it’s harming you. Growth needs friction.

Uber has introduced a new app feature that allows riders to self-identify as service animal handlers. This setting in the app’s profile section enables users to opt in and notify drivers in advance, improving ride transparency.

The function of racism is making someone else feel small so you can feel tall. As Toni Morrison wisely said: 'The very serious function of racism is distraction. It keeps you from doing your work. It keeps you explaining, over and over again, your reason for being.' #ToniMorrison
