"About 3,000 people a day on average live in tents at Camp East Montana" in a state of medical neglect, overcrowding, malnutrition, unsanitary conditions, and emotional distress.

For 5 months, a 911 call comes in nearly every day.

These are concentration camps, and the stories are heartbreaking.
