To be fair, I do use it to help me code. It's great at writing tests in particular. But they're really shoving it down our throats and I refuse to use it for things like preparing demos or writing self and peer reviews.

I haven't heard any dissent where I work, but I'm sure if anyone is skeptical of the tech they're staying silent like me. Though now we have internally public usage stats so maybe I should poke around and see if I have any secret friends waiting to be made.
Yeah but now there's a dang ch**to in the White House so surely they'll step in this time
They used the flood the zone strategy for so long that it's just SOP at this point, and apparently an effective way to get shit done.
insane to watch a single administration speedrun every sin in american history, skipping all the cutscenes that make them tolerable to the public
I think we average about one staple per block here (which I suppose is better than some alternatives) so this ends up being my bike rack of choice on a good proportion of my trips
I'm sure they'd just say it's the "Somalians'" fault, with all their fraud and whatnot
I don't understand the travel costs. I would think it'd be way harder to find somewhere to ski than to play field hockey for like 90% of the country.
Either you see what Trump is doing to the country as an emergency or you don't. Jeffries does not.
Besides the point, but fuck, I can't get over how weird he looks with his manufactured little hand gestures whenever he goes off on a monologue
I want no true understanding behind her dead eyes, only a comforting simulacrum
you can't work with Republicans. you can't compromise with them either. you either win or they do.
I've got a friend whose guest bathroom is arranged that way. I'm sure the builders has some reason for it, but who knows.
What the mother failed to consider is that there's an 89% super villain rate among mutants lacking an enriching educational environment. So fork up the cash or get ready to see Timmy on the 5 o'clock news getting laser blasted by the man who could've just been his PE/urban combat teacher.
I've been wondering about that. I don't think I've ever heard someone put a dollar sign after the number until this past week.
Speaking pretty confidently for someone who hasn't seen such times, and thinks it's for him to decide what others would do with the time that's given them.
Did the cars on either side have beers in the cup holders too? Because wow, nobody there knows how to park.
Nah, I use nails for that. I think it was little projects, like building a quick and dirty free standing shelf to grow herbs where my cat couldn't reach. Stuff like that. Stuff that other people might just buy.
I really liked it when it first aired and have been meaning to watch it again. Might have to bump it up the queue a bit.
I got a drill as soon as I moved out and used it consistently over the years and now I'm scratching my head trying to remember what I actually used it on in all those apartments. I did use it on something though...
This is utterly deranged behavior from a U.S. attorney general
I'm not elevating another candidate because I still have a midterm primary and midterm general to go through before the next presidential. I'll find someone better to champion next year instead of hand wringing about party unity now.
I agree. And we've got over two years to negotiate and my starting position is "he won't get my vote." Now we can go back and forth to reach more agreeable terms and once November 2028 comes around we'll all make our final decisions. Hell, it's plenty of time for Gavin to prove himself if he wants.
I just don't think we need to accept the worst the Dems have to offer a full 2 1/2 years ahead of the election. Now is the time for those with a platform to make threats and demand better policy positions in exchange for their (and, implicitly, their audiences') votes.
Seems wasteful to spend all this money on housing and feeding healthy, working-age individuals on the government's dime, but what do I know?
Was gonna say, we already have Femme Shapiro at home
I don't know how you can read the whole thing, claim to enjoy it, and still end up with a void where a sense of humor should be. I'd say best case scenario is he saw the movie, but more likely he just knows a few memes about it.
Have you ever noticed that the human body with its arms outstretched looks like a cross? God designed humans to look like the cross upon which His only son died for our salvation! #wow #whoa
