Sat, Oct 18: Tenants at Rosebury Square held a community action to raise awareness about ongoing issues in the buildings, including four AGIs covering all 5 buildings after years of deferred maintenance and closure of the swimming pool. Many of the repairs are long-standing upkeep challenges.
We also chatted about how to develop a Theory of Change in your Tenant Association.
