Heute erfahren, dass eine Kollegin verstorben ist.
Im November haben wir uns noch gesehen und sie war quicklebendig. Dann hatte sie im Dezember einen Unfall mit Verbrennungen und jetzt werden wir uns nie wieder sehen.
Da sieht man mal wieder, schnell es leider gehen kann.

After the second time, i confronted him very nicely, and told him that if he wanted to see what was on my ipad or phone, that he just ask and i'll let him. i also told him that i don't want him sneaking through my stuff, because i felt that wasn't trustworthy. he apologized, said he was a loser, etc etc.- also, he didn't find anything because i wasn't doing anything weird. Pretext for the next paragraph- i have definitely been burned before, and have also secretly gone through phones (but not this relationship). i'll get this weird gut feeling that something is wrong, and ive always been right so far. This past week, ive just had a bad feeling, specifically about snapchat. We are long distance (only like 6 hours, and we see eachother every two weeks or so), so he came to visit, and for the first few days i held my tongue. I felt weirder because he kept his phone in his coat pocket and was never on it around me. finally on the last day he was here, (we were about to make a gingerbread house and listen to christmas music), i said "hey this is hard to bring up, and i've been wanting to all weekend, but i just have a weird feeling specifically about Snapchat.
Eventually he's standing by the door and holds up the UGG slippers i just gave him THE DAY BEFORE as an early christmas present. i tell him to leave them. i also told him that if he walks out the door, i will not trust him again, and it's the end of our relationship. You guessed it, he left. an hour later i left my apartment to go take a walk to burn off steam and he's still sitting by the elevator, i just walked past. So i'm asking, am i the insane one (because he vehemently denies doing any wrong) or is there something fishy

Was ich in der Entwicklungspsychologie besonders spannend finde: Kinder denken oft *anders*, aber nicht unbedingt schlechter als Erwachsene. Die Annahme, dass Kinder quasi einfach unfertige oder irrationale Erwachsene sind, stimmt nicht. Das zeigt sich zB daran, wie sie ihre Umwelt erforschen.

Women think that by claiming they need men less than men need women, it will allow them to be more picky as far as what they can demand from a partner; which never works out in reality. SHAPE It is just a game of chicken. For a metaphor, women are having sex with men and hoping the guys send the 1st text in the morning. They will refuse to send a text until he texts first. It's one huge shit-test. Very similar to the claim that women don't like muscles, when studies have shown that women very heavily attribute muscles to attractiveness. Women are just incredibly dishonest about the state of affairs in the dating
The research was that women were happier single than be in a bad relationship. But that doesn't fit their narrative.

Ein kleiner Kreis, gehäkelt aus schwarzem Acrylgarn. Die Häkelnadel ist noch dran und in der 1. Masche ein roter Maschenmarkierer. Weil das Garn nicht so glatt wie Baumwolle ist, ist es schwer die einzelnen Maschen zu sehen.
