Bun topping so good! Theres ones as a filling too. Quite dry and somewhat salty (the type i've had). The stuff inside the cake a bit less dry. My cat used to go nuts for the pork floss and we had to try to keep her away from the bag 😂 We'd put it on pineapple
fried rice (since the restaurants did!)

I haven’t had these ones but I’ve had that back when I ate meat and it’s like… really good. Or was a decade ago. Totally get how gross flossed meat sounds though lol!

The difference is that NOAA updates theirs once a year based on the January reading, and I update mine monthly, based on the running 12-month average, taking into account methane's atmospheric lifetime.

Note the decrease since 2022.

This has massive implications for the UK and Europe. One study found that after a[n AMOC] tipping point we could see the 'widespread cessation of arable farming' www.nature.com/articles/s43...

For me this just means we need an even faster food system transition that would be better for everyone.
