Whatever exercise I'm doing - when a seam chafes me I wish I had less on. It's how I started working out in sports bras the first time. Now I tend to favor it, but to each their own.
I support less clothing workouts- seams can cause problems! Having less on = less getting rubbed the wrong way. But that's just ny opinion.
