We incubated more Quail eggs, out of 29, we got ten chicks that are now almost two weeks old. Some of the eggs I used were sitting on the counter for nearly a month, so I’m sure that’s why the low hatch rate. #birds #birdsofbluesky #quail

I was working 10 meters (28.360 USB) today and got another state on my list of contacts. Alaska, which is normally fairly difficult to get. It seems my simple vertical and the TS-690 will get the job done.

The Yaesu got moved across the room and got wall mounted with the control head on one of the monitors.

The Kenwood is staying where it is in anticipation of upgraded/newer equipment to play with.
