I dedicate 70% energy in the normal I want to live in, and 30% to getting to that normal if we’re not there yet. Your mix will be different. Be intentional.
For those struggling to do day to day tasks in the face of all this : we have to have a normal to return to when we’re through all this. It’s valuable work to establish and maintain that baseline.
