I get asked what color my hair is and what the name/ brand is at least a couple times a week. Gotta love having purple/violet hair. It’s a def convo starter. Even grown men will compliment my hair. It’s pretty funny.
Today I helped someone solve a tech issue that my other colleague tried to figure out but got stumped on. In a couple mins I resolved it without any issues. She then said, “you have the magic touch and I’m going to blame it on your purple hair. You have magical purple hair.” Haha. Ok lady.

Thinking about my work wife and bestie from my old job who died of stomach cancer. I kind of regret not going to her funeral but she would’ve been the only person I’d want to see in that room full of old coworkers and she technically wasn’t there.

Basically from Boston South/North station you can take Amtrak trains to different New England big cities. But they’re one offs. Not connected.
I think the T in Boston now has a stop that goes to providence RI. But that’s a limited train and ride. I don’t know much about NH, VT and ME but don’t think they’re connected via train. I think ME has a costal train that goes from Boston to Brunswick, ME.
There’s no singular train. There’s just lots of small trips in different states via trains. From Boston you can take the commuter rail and cross the state half way and then go to western ma via Amtrak. From Springfield ma you can go to Hartford ct then to new haven. Thats a good stretch that I know

The Twenty One Pilots Cinema Experience was incredible. They really outdid themselves. Tyler and Josh and their team really thought about everything to make the movie feel immersive and perfectly choreographed. It wasn’t just a recording of a concert it was truly a show of its own. 💜🎶
Oh interesting. We had two types of drills. Obviously fire and then code white. The alarms sounded different too. I think the fire was a siren and the code white was like repeated buzzing. They would go off unannounced and I think maybe an announcement over the intercom would be read.
It was the millennial version of crawl under your desk in fetal position but instead it was hide in the corner of the class in the dark with the shades down and door locked to “protect yourself from intruders/active shooter.”
QOTD: When you were in school (grade school, middle or HS) did you ever do “code white” drills? Were they called “code white” by the teachers/admin? And what State/region and/or year did you graduate HS from? I’m from the NE and we did code white drills from middle school to HS. I graduated in ‘07.
