and all that is now / and all that is gone / and all that's to come / and everything under the sun is in tune / but the sun is eclipsed by the moon
@moonrabbit
i'm sashi (she/her), an autistic moon rabbit. my standard equipment loadout includes a bass, a code editor, and a shopful of power tools. mostly i repost art and shitpost. i also share daily life and whatever project currently holds my interest. ๅฐไธใฎๆๅ
and all that is now / and all that is gone / and all that's to come / and everything under the sun is in tune / but the sun is eclipsed by the moon
the sun blotted from the sky by the midday moon, a keen blade, and the firefly glow of the embers of what once was reflected in my eyes.
also, my wife.
pink floyd theorists successfully fused the atom heart mother in their laboratory on the dark side of the moon. "while scientific research is an endless river, and we've a saucerful of secrets yet to meddle in, we've begun breaking down the wall."
skeptics note a momentary lack of reason. ummagumma
*pink floyd voice* well, there's no dark side of the moon, really. as a matter of a fact, it's all dark.
or at least on my WAY back.
20 minutes at 3.5mph.
2-day streak.
In-Run Anime: Don't wanna watch it on my phone and idk where the fuck my old tablet for it went.
yeah, that's partially my bad and partially victim of its own success: i just type "fish taxes comic" to find it whenever i need it -_-
it is our bane / it is our curse / final boss of weekdays / it arrives first.
happy miku day to all. and yet two things may be true: also, a melancholy monday to you.
i love that comic a little more than is reasonable.
o7 take care jheya!

this has me thinking about my quarter-life crisis and what could fix it.
"but sashi, ur over forty."
yeah? sorry. one-thousandth life crisis doesn't have the same ring to it.
these were off gillnetters out in the Sound. the hose sucked them up outta their hull and into ours.
in a good catch, they wouldn't separate the kings out. waste of time. we'd thank them as we pulled out the bruised kings to smoke for personal use.
as an aside one of the coolest memories of my childhood was going to our friends' naming ceremonies. so few with my ancestry get THAT privilege.
oh, my native connections have their own boats. when we got from them, it was when we were the commercial tender carrying it in and they had such a great haul that they let the kings go through the smaller hose (bruised them)
but yeah, if it's allotment? pay tf up.
i'll discord u lol
for real. i do have some native pals, especially up in the Skagit area, but most my wild stuff comes from sportsmen. two of dad's best friends are avid deepsea and salmon fishers, fill their elk and deer tag each year, and go hunting chanterelles each year.
i love those two hillbillies so damn much
As you should have! Fish gotta jump!!
Trans people are not a distraction, and we don't have to listen to the Nazi about shit. They want to hurt trans people because they hate them and want to exploit them, just like they want to take away women's healthcare because they want to hurt and exploit them, they want to do all these things.
(jokingly) the fucking cowards.
in six days, my "put the sauerkraut in jars" alarm goes off and i feel as you must.

my dad just died from a cardiac event and my blood pressure is back up in the hypertensive range (partially as a stress response)

i am ~200lbs and i have fluxed 10% bodyweight due to eating good food, so i feel ya, m8
all of the stuff i get is so fresh i just panfry it in olive oil, salt, and pepper and it's magic. most people don't get to cook stuff this fresh though, even when it got tossed in the freezer, it got there scant hours from catch.
