Untitled Goose Game
Ever since the days of webcomics Iโve felt like the way forward for independently created media is for some cultural philanthropist to fund the creation of a recommendation algorithm in some central app that centers quality over corporate interests.

Is there anyone out there whoโs good at the C64 versions of Cauldron & Cauldron II and wants to record some footage at 1080 for me?

Has anyone said yet who Hagger is based on?
I want to steal that, but make it a modern Civil War II story.
I bet if I thought about it enough I could come with an entire I Saw The Sega Glow mash-up.
A clipping of a letter to the editor from the January 2002 issue of PSM2 magazine, titled "THE CHEEK'S IN THE MALE." In the letter, a reader named Mr T Webb from Portsmouth argues that the games industry isn't sexist, claiming that girls aged 14โ18 are more interested in "boys and looking good" than "gruelling" games like Resident Evil. Below the letter, the editor provides a biting rebuttal, stating, "Maybe you're not meeting enough girls then, Mr T," and noting that Resident Evil is actually one of the most popular games among the magazine's female readers.
"When the two women wrote in complaining about the games industry being sexist, it's their fault for thinking that way."
Enjoy this pure distillation of gamer culture from the January 2002 issue of PSM2.
Am I the only one who ever wonders why Capcom never closed the loop with a sequel called Goblins โN Ghouls?

So who is the mystery Rave Racer girl?
Well, Namco never named her. They continue to say as much in the rereleases of the PSP Ridge Racers. However, fans in 1995 called her Rave Reiko (tentative) / ใฌใคใใฌใคๅญ(ไปฎ), which is the name Gamest used when she placed 20th in their '95 Best Character Awards

Why does this look like it should be called The Adventures Of Sprocket & Einstein?
Am I misremembering that there was an era when they spelled it The Shoogaloos?
Some time around 2015 I went to a hairdresser to get my hair cut down from hip length to shoulder length because I was tired of the highlights in it, and she seemed so uncomfortable cutting that much hair off without warning, I swear I gave her PTSD.
Viewpoint title screen drawn on paper featuring a female character
Wildran joined the Viewpoint team as a ~co-director and created a more detailed design doc than had existed previously.
He wanted to create an opening featuring a female character, but it didn't fit with the music or the game's universe, so he abandoned the idea (but would reuse it in Blazing Star).
