Setting definitely helps! I was waiting to see the movie in a theater, and it was an old print so it was all scuffed and “I’m at a movie” -ish.
I saw Godfather Part 2 for the first time yesterday, at Lincoln Center. Was blown away by the film, and by Robert Duvall in particular. To find out that he has passed today is deeply moving. I can’t think of another actor quite like him.

I return from abroad with some good/complicated news:
After 3 years, our stock of Vast in the Dark Expanded is finally nearing the end.
