Après la marche a pied/rapide c'est déjà un bon exercice en soit
Moi aussi perso je ne peut pas tout faire en termes de sport/exercices, problème lié au coeur aussi, Après je sais pas comment c'est de ton côté, mais essayer de marcher un peu tout les jours c'est déjà très bieng ça fait bouger
