So, it's another Bloodlines 2 situation in the naming department?
That's a stumper...
I'd say my top three, in no specific order, would be...
The Dishwasher & Yuki from Dishwasher: Vampire Smile by @jamezila.bsky.social
Dorothy McCrank from SteamWorld Dig 2 by @thunderfulgames.bsky.social
Goat & Mouse from Escape Goat by Ian Stocker @ MagicalTimeBean.
Just to reiterate: GamesBeat has an opening for a writer! If anyone is interested, feel free to DM me!
Must be:
-Interested in the business of the industry (*very* interested; it's kind of our thing)
-Willing to talk about games
-Capable of writing good words
Sound like anyone you know?
When I played Yakuza 0 for the first time, I ran into a girl, needing Majima to pose as her 'dentist' boyfriend and meet her dad. Immediately after, a super dark and crushing main mission.
Yakuza's tone whiplash is insane, but somehow still balanced.
Let me know how it holds up for the both of you!
Same. I look forward to playing it at some point. Only finished ITT late last year, but it was amazing.

Sadly, Devsisters has been restructured this past month, and I am looking for my next opportunity. If you know of any openings for PR, Communications, Partnership Marketing, Community Manager, or community management roles, please feel free to DM me! Retweets welcome! #gamedevs
Moving to the Bay Area in a few days... Hard to believe it's finally happening.
Flying to SF on Friday to finalize the apartment search. Does anyone have any quick food recommendations?
Started week 4 at Devsisters today! Looking forward to moving to the Bay Area in less than a month!
