Good conversation with my partner yesterday about the mental strain of soft masculinity: being intentionally cast out of the dominant group (toxic males) while also not wishing to take space that isn't his (non-men). We need to create a space for soft men to process this loneliness safely.

Some things to consider: are you good at research? Logistics? Networking? Giving pep talks? Making phone calls? Household chores? Do you have extra money? Can you afford to make waves at work? All of these things will open up moves you can make.
In any game, one of the first things you do is learn what moves you can make. The same applies to social justice. Learn how you function and what you can do.
The first step is to figure out what you personally can do. I suggest looking at people's social justice class lists to get an idea of what appeals.
