(1) I've had a few AP showcases of #ShadowlightAndPersonaeRPG , both for demo (self progress) purposes and for charity events, but none that I think I could point to that transformed my sales overnight.

(2) A big avenue like Many Sided Media, One Shot, or similar.

“The Hidden Halls of Hazakor,” a 5e campaign adventure I wrote to teach young beginner GMs how to run games, got a shout-out on GeekDad after it came out. It generated a ton of sales because it created awareness of the product outside of “regular” RPG circles, and I’d take more of that any day.

Just following the instructions, I made a bootable USB stick that let me try the OS out before installing.

I even installed it so I can boot back into Windows if necessary.
