Finished up a little project. This took a few evenings and most of this weekend; super happy with the way it turned out.

Every project starts with an idea, but you gotta start somewhere. From thin air to cardboard and tape, now becoming lumber and hardwood. From my wife’s ideas to reality. Still a long way to go, but we’ll get there. The first pic is the concept. I’ll finish over the next couple of weeks.

Been doing that for a while now. At 55 I’ve had lots of time being busy. Love saying I did nothing all weekend on Monday morning at work. “Went for a bike ride” or “spent some time on the beach.”

Same! Here in Corner Brook, Newfoundland we got snow last week and a lot of people got caught without snow tires on ( including me)! It melted soon and I put my winter tires on Saturday. Ready for anything now!

We had to say goodbye to Lucy today. Fifteen and a half years. Our hearts are broken. She loved beach days, campfires, and trail rides. Anywhere we went, she was our constant companion. 13/10
