Trucking along on armor fab for my Sauron armor - most pieces are ready to be post-processed, and also starting to plan out armor attachment! Thinking... belt and suspenders? Once armor is built out, I'm doing 3dprint chainmail and leather for the skirt!

Some cool #3dprinting news! @tengertechnologies on YT just dropped a new method of interlocking layers for 3d prints called "brick layers" which honestly has been a LONG time coming! It works by alternating the layer heights to increase the bond between the layers, which should make parts stronger!
And lastly, the armor smith!
But, seriously - these files are jank as heck, I ended up having to teach myself blender to fix a lot of the mesh issues haha
Moar pics! Bracers and biceps done, shoulder panels done, shins + shin guards are done, helmet and mace too!

I'm addressing geometry issues here and there, but now I'm having to think about how all the armor pieces interface with each other. I got Sauron's mace in the print queue now!
This is the ideal male cosplay. You may not like it, but this is what peak aesthetic looks like.

Reddit's kind of hard depending on what kind of creator you are - if you're spammy you're gonna get punished for it; and not to mention the subreddit audiences probably vary wildly! That said it's a good idea, though multiple subreddits shouldn't count against your connector quota!
