Raw milk is one of those ideas that can really only take hold when people haven't seen a cow. if you see a cow from let's say ten feet or less you immediately understand the problem that pasteurization is solving
I'd also read a little about the issues with the WCAG 2.0 contrast formula, if you're interested in exploring the space. There's a proposal for a new formula in the v3 spec that gets rid of some of the head-scratching edge cases in v2 like black on orange or magenta being scored better than white.
