I care about all suffering. In 2024 the choice was between more harm or less harm. If you didn't vote for Harris you chose more harm & knowingly so. That is what really made me sad.

I agree w/ the 1st part but not the 2nd. The only people who are currently truly feeling the pain are largely folks who can't vote. What will happen is exactly the same as after people boycotted Hillary - after 4 years of the morons, over 80 million people voted for Biden - same will happen in 2028.

They sure ran a horrid campaign - but the point is that she was the better candidate & not voting would helping trump & not resolve absolutely anything for anyone, just the opposite, it would worsen everything for everyone. This is really the point I'm trying to make.

Every budget increases & generally by 3-4% precisely to account for inflation. If you lease, you'll notice that this happens to your rent too. I'm not, I'm arguing that pretending like all bad acts are equally bad despite their size is silly, false & ignored vulnerable folks.

There is also South America & a lot of low cost airlines. Traveling is expensive but you can also find cheap alternatives tbh.

It can be but it can also be much cheaper than you think. You can also do layovers (I agree, I don't like them) & usually those tickets end up being a bit cheaper too. I love to travel so if I can help w/ some advice, feel free to ask me.
