Im coming up on 20 years at this company and this is the worst managed project I've ever been on. I'm getting fed up with being asked if I heard I should he doing something from meetings I'm not a part of.

I have a project at work.. theres too many facilitators. 4 sponsors, I'm one of 4 leads. The facilitators are addicted to AI and keep presenting action items to the sponsors... for things I should be doing... but they dont tell me because they aren't leading the project they're just gobbling AI.
Re-injured my back this weekend and in a lot of pain BUT wanted to draw a tender moment tonight. King George was great.
P.S. Pixar feel free to hire me at anytime to draw beavers for yah! π
Take care of yourselves, always remember to love yourself and don't forget to breath. #hoppers #doodle #art
Hoppers is a really good movie. Now I just need to hope it does well enough for some background characters to get some merch...
That would be a more than fireable offense on the boss in my world which is a few levels up the supply chain from the grocery. We care about food safety very seriously.
True hell is LinkedIn + Dead Internet Theory... which it seems to be now. AI posts about work with people replying with AI.
If you convert it to exercise, 10k calories is like 24 hours of walking. I would walk an hour a day to give up my job.
Unless you are buying food from a local producer, that packaged good you are buying was manufactured about 2-3 months ago. It's got a long shelf life, it's not a problem. There's warehouses, safety stock, forecasting, redeployment, it's complicated... I guess this is why I have a job.
There's a reddit thread right now -- you get paid $1 per M&M you eat, but 1 M&M somewhere in the world will kill you. if someone eats the one, a random currently existing M&M will become the one that kills you. Some brilliant mathematicians are tackling this that think the factory ships to stores.
My entire adult life
The first Furcon was in 1989 and before that there were furry parties at other conventions. Here is a furry party posters from the 80s:
Ive had this remote for a decade. The top row is all that matters. The 2nd row is party time. Building a program and saving it is beyond me.
I wrote a letter to James Howe in elementary school and I got back a very nice form letter written as the dog replying. It had a really nice embossing of the dog leaning over a writing desk at the top.
In grade school I had to go to speech therapy. They take you out of a class and you basically do flash cards instead. It just occurred to me that maybe there is some basic thing I missed out on. I missed something to learn how to pronounce R's or something.
I bought a game and thought it would be nice to have a little organizer insert for the pieces... so I googled it, found a link and printed them directly from my phone to my bambu. Why do ink printers still suck *so much* when I can print game inserts without even using a PC?
They're giving everyone flowers, thats cute.
The cleaners organized some of the dogs' toys on their bed.
Oh wow.. I've seen those posters for cons and thought they were neat. It had not crossed my mind that the interaction would ever be more than a form and a surprise finished piece.
Where do sponsors come into this? Is there like a sponsor poster or something?
Ive heard of this and think it requires the culture to handle it... But its healthier than just assuming everyone is happy and will always work for you until they quit or give up. I know thats an aside from this email but building in the option of a break or cross training can be a positive.
Im curious to learn more. Did you create original art in their theme just to be approved?
I love you but I think you missed the boat.
You look great dude
I'm excited to finally be able to show you the work I did for MFF 2025's photography backdrop! It was an honor having this great opportunity once again. Thank you so much @artyskunk.bsky.social and @furfest.org ! I had so much fun working on this piece. π #art #furry #furryart
Im not sure if we ever talked, but yes 2x.
Rubber isnt as much my thing, but I'm an at home person for other similar stuff.
Its a kink friendly space, dance/dealers... but part of the reality is so many people want an adult space that they are just a shoulder to shoulder mess of people. I appreciate that people of all sizes and shapes are sometime surprisingly out there and good for them... im wearing 2 layers.
Working on an idea... I thrifted this photo hanging board thing from goodwill. I may rebuild the entire thing to something more classy or just consider the cost inspiration to make my own from scratch. Maybe nice leather snaps to hang them. Rebuild out of hardwood or do a resin project.
M'lem. Surprised to catch the tongue out
