Yeah that ripped my heart, that one.
Okay I get 50% VA disability and it's about $1200 a month. So I'm guessing he's rated higher than 50%.
Whew, reading that brought me back to the stress and anxiety of the storm and the 11 days it took before my house got power back. How terrible the neighborhood looked. It was all so bad. I got through it because I had to but I will not soon forget how it felt to sleep in a 39ยฐ house.

Target doesn't seem to realize how easy it was to stop shopping there. Even before their bigotry and fecklessness, it was going downhill. The store redesigns sucks, the products were getting boring, the whole experience wasn't as fun anymore. Why would I go back?
Whoa
AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
OMG imagine who in this administration you could get rid of with more quality smut.
Sure as shit not paying organic prices for my produce at self checkout.
I would love to go back through all your posts and build a menu of all the things that I thought looked most delicious to me
I don't think I can play this game because I'm pretty sure everything I'd post would be fairly plausible to anyone who knows me.
Me: Random weird life fact
Anyone: Actually, yeah, I could see that
I had a colonoscopy today (got a good report!) and just as the anesthesia kicked in, Drops of Jupiter started playing in the procedure room.
Congratulations!! That's wonderful!
Better refresh the upload of the regs to the bot, because that nail polish is NOT authorized.
Just got out of mine 2 hours ago and the knock out juice they give you is so much better than general anesthesia. Also I am REALLY enjoying a bagel right now.
Thank you, I could get two of those but the third was going to bug me.
I know a lot of people are perhaps rightfully making fun of the name Operation Epic Fury.
But I did my desert time under Operation Intrinsic Action which sounds like the keynote at an insurance convention.
WHOA that looks incredible
OOOOH!!! That's so fabulous, you are incredible
Tough and gorgeous! What a combo
Fasting for a day before a medical procedure really highlights how much I count on meals to break up my day. This is BORING.
INDEED
I am actually doing colonoscopy prep today to so I have real solidarity with him.
Listen the USS Gerald Ford has been through ENOUGH. Been at sea since last June and having major sewage issues.
Out running errands, I saw my gas tank was a little under half and I was right there by the gas station anyway, so I filled up. Thinking that gas prices are going to be going up some soon.
Two hours later, I drove past again and the price had gone up 10 cents.
Cool, does this mean my kid who is stationed on a destroyer out of Rota doesn't have to go to work?
I made a special Hamilton playlist without the sad stuff and I have found that if I'm really going through it, this is the only safe playlist for me. Hard to wallow in heartbreak/trauma when you're trying to keep up with Guns and Ships.
Ooooh delicious stuff Jeremy!!
Imagine if they took the money they spend on lobbyists and gave us a credit on our whopping electric bills from the storm.
You'd think after 11 days without power my bill would be a lot less than it was.
