The new Pokémon GO leveling update went live yesterday! I went straight to level 70 from 50 with the XP rebalance, and the saddest thing is that I can't take a screenshot of funny number. The grind to level 80 begins!
My first game was Sonic 2 and I've been a fan ever since. Sonic CD/3&Knuckles/Adventure2 are my holy trinity. I unironically loved SonicR on PC as a child. Missed meeting the SonicR singer TJ Davis at MAG, but thanks to Gougha, I got her autograph on my copy!
Who's your favorite Pokémon character and why is it Cynthia? Most met her in DP/BDSP where she barely spoke, and they still fell in love. That's the power of good design. If you haven't seen Cyn at her best, give Platinum a chance, where she's got way more story presence!
The Persona 4 anime did a great job condensing 80+ hours into 24 episodes. Just found out the BluRay/DVD collector's edition is super rare now! Glad I've had mine since launch!

Toradora! is my favorite romance anime! Was a sub only anime fan until this dub stole my heart. Spent years chasing con signatures for my Bluray set and it's one of my most prized autograph collections. Hope to finally get the last 3 signatures one day! Ami best girl.
Advance Wars got me into tactics games! Capture cities, earn cash, build your army! Made by the Fire Emblem devs! Bought into it for Nell, stayed for the strategy… and Nell. Literally obsessed with the remake's anime redesigns! I hope we get a remake of Dual Strike one day.
Vanillaware stole my heart with Muramasa on Wii in 2009. Edo-era vibes, stunning 2D art, pure magic. Discovered them via OdinSphere, got the Vita remake, but I just wish they'd port to PC, but I've stopped hoping. I'll play 13 Sentinels eventually!
Started with Link’s Awakening on GameBoy and never looked back. Played every Zelda up to TOTK (yes, even the CDi ones)! Majora’s Mask is my favorite, Skyward Sword has the BEST Princess Zelda, and TOTK’s waiting on my Switch 2. What a ride!

The first anime I ever watched was a magical girl anime called Akazukin Cha Cha. I was 6, visiting family overseas, and totally enchanted by Cha Cha's transformation into Holy Up. Clearly, my type hasn’t changed since. Fun fact: it had a Pinoy-exclusive English dub!

Professor Layton is such a fun puzzle game series! I love solving puzzles, but the quirky characters and overarching story across 6 games really hooked me. The third game sealed the deal - I'm a sucker for time travel! Fun fact: Layton was inspired by Ace Attorney!
