The company is split between Glasgow and London and I shuttle between the two, with wife and son down south and daughter over the border. Works better in practice than it sounds in theory.

Not the most pleasant topic for us to mark our blue sky debut, but a very necessary one. Let’s hope 2025 is the year the penny finally drops with policy makers that workforce development, clinician welfare and patient safety need to be pursued in a single integrated agenda.
