Deltra is the only person Ariel trusts to touch her hair. I find it sweet that she lets him play with it. It's strangely therapeutic for both.

That being said, I guess living with Cuervo and Paloma when he was younger helped him understand how to take care of his appearance too. 😆

Page 2. Ariel captures a seagull and interrogates it after it made her drop her sandwhich.

Page 3. The seagull continues to scream. Annoyed, Ariel begins matching the birds energy by screaming back. The last panel shows Deltra reminiscing about that memory. He enjoys her wit and carefree nature. He's in denial that he might actually have strong feelings for her.

Deltra slowly coming to the realization that he likes dorky ahh women. One in particular. (He's going through his denial phase.)

Ariel doesn't really beef with anyone, but when it comes to her snacks, she raises fists 😬
