New paper in JOSS on the python package @stella-bourdin.bsky.social and I have developed, HuracanPy. For working with cyclone track data. Reads tracks from various data sources and has lots of useful functions too. Built on xarray and Stella's PhD work.

🌀Ex-hurricanes advent calendar 📆
When Kirk hit France, I was asked how unusual ex-hurricanes reaching Europe were. I had the idea to describe some past events in a 1-a-day type of project. Not sure anyone needs it... But I do, so here we go!
