Home improvement update! Dungeon Chic is the theme now lol Plaster too damaged and badly patched to be worth saving. Furring strips all came off the wall with plaster. Had to replace it all. Masonry wall not plumb, so tons of adjusting to get the new furring strips right. Nothing is ever simple.

‘Merica problems. 1950s house framed in metric for 2.4m subfloor length. Subfloor is sold in 8ft length. I thus need to cut 4cm off every single board to get them to line up with the floor joists. Ffs can we just go to using metric instead of making everything with both measurement systems?!
