Over the coming months, the series will explore a range of priority themes such as data sharing practices, evolving elements of the Digital Economy Act, the principles and practical realities of data ethics, and the effective preservation and management of digital records.
This network has been established to provide a dedicated space for those working with people’s information whether in information governance, data protection, records management or digital roles to come together for mutual support, reflective discussion and knowledge sharing.
Earlier this month, we successfully held the first session of our new Data Governance Peer Support Group. It was encouraging to see so many professionals join us to share learning, experiences and approaches to common challenges.
Today is Data Privacy Day, and in recognition of this important day, we are pleased to highlight our ongoing commitment to supporting professionals working across information governance, data protection, and related fields.
