Purpose built such as Duracell or the other American brand?
Lithium-Ion, Lead acid, anything else?
I've built my own with 3 lead acids for a total of 36v and 240Ah but the cost of just the batteries has doubled since buying them a few years ago.

There are some fairly low and startlingly high prices in there.
The major difference I can see in the blurb is how well the panel stands up to severe weather.
