Latest Chef knife going to a happy customer. 1095 blade steel, stabilized Box Elder burl and buffalo horn bolster. 8-3/4" of cutting edge.
Newest creation off the bench. Sheath to follow. This is a sub-hilt handled knife in W2, 416 stainless steel, and stabilized black ash burl.
I finished polishing the Hamon on this French Chef knife in 1095 steel.
