xD Some UI bugs in Power BI / Power BI Service are just crazy. Insane that some of them have been there for over 5 years.

Thanks mate
Something for you @itsnotaboutthecell.com
Sometimes you just need to see what your M (Power Query) code is actually doing — and that’s not always obvious.
I added an Execution Plan to M-Game: run your code, open the plan, inspect the flow + intermediate results ✅

Nah. I will demonstrate that you can use Fabric for gaming, but I first needed to understand the notebook rendering system so you can capture frames from the CPU and display or save them as an MP4 and then, how to do binary extraction and push that into the real-time dashboard.
I had this on my bucket list for a while. This year I am submitting a session with the name "What Retro Games Taught Me About Microsoft Fabric", where I will be talking about this a lot :D #MSFabric

Yep. And Pokémon Yellow… that was much more fun
Tbh... I have initially completely forgotten about subtraction between date and datetime types, and addition by duration type.
Finally, I can implement even this!
@itsnotaboutthecell.com I think I will take a break from this project for a few days after this release :D
I have implemented a few updates:
> New topic: Data Formats
> +25 new levels
> Playground page
> 404 Page
> over 599 supported functions/enumerators
> Improved M logic (better error support)

Nah. I don’t wanna add themes at all. 😆
😅 thanks, but… nope
My initial reason for this is that I started preparing it a while ago for internal purposes. Then I have decided to open it.
Here is at least one showcase of the Level in the Challenge topic.
I built an online practice app for M (Power Query) 🚀
✅ 150 levels across topics
✅ Multiple solutions per level
✅ No account, progress saved locally
✅ Most of the M functions are implemented

Thank you @valeriejunk.bsky.social
Same from my side about you. It is always a pleasure to see you.
Yeah. That's the great one. I will have to next time.
This weekend, I am in Stockholm on a quick trip. Finally, I have some time to visit this beautiful city.
Hmm... Taskflows... since 2024-11, they have been with us. Can we please get them full API support? I am not talking about the "./taskflow202411" endpoint. #MicrosoftFabric
The Call for Speakers for Data Point Prague 2026 is still open. But not for much longer... only last 19 days to submit your awesome sessions.

Merry Christmas, everyone. I wish you the best time with your loved ones. 🫶🏼
I am not one of those who actually celebrate it, so I am skiing on empty slopes 🥳.
It was 14 minutes in the queue... then I had to cancel it because it was not progressing.
Btw @itsnotaboutthecell.com, we had to build an auto-pushing system for us, so everything that we identify as a new… even rebranded (because there is no generic ID), we are pushing to admin teams as an Adaptive Card.
It was rebranding, but for us, it has disabled itself.
Based on daily snapshots of our tenant settings, we have identified a few settings that lacked the “new” tag. And some settings have turned on or off on their own since our tracking. Also, it would be helpful to have a static ID for settings.
Theoretical question: Why do we have a "new" flag in Tenant Settings, when new options are appearing without it? I thought this "new" flag was supposed to help Admins find out what appears in their tenant settings and what needs to be checked... but it is not helping at all.
Currently, we don't have the option to scope who can't create Data Warehouses but can create UDFs or Notebooks. Etc. Once we have per-item type creation, we can have this discussion.
